The check-in period for all housing is from 10:00 AM – 17:00 PM. Please check in within this time frame. Please find a temporary residence if you cannot make it between the check-in hours. Due to other programs that are hosted at Hanyang University, checking in on an earlier date and checking out on a later date is not possible. Check the calendar to see check in/out date.
Location
The Check-in location for all students who will reside in one of Hanyang University is at the lobby of Student Residence Hall #2. After check-in, you will be guided to your accommodation and room.
Female Dormitories
Description
Gaenari is Hanyang University’s on-campus dormitory for females only. Rooms are shared with 2 persons and showers/toilets are located in the room. The building is located at the edge of the campus, about 10 minutes walk from the classrooms. The building is located right next to Student Residence Hall 2, which has a cafeteria for offers affordable meals, a convenience store, a coffee shop, and a basic fitness center available.
