This course provides students with an overview of the U.S. and international legal systems, dispute resolution, and its impact on business. We will explore general principles of laws, including but not limited to such as torts, crimes, contracts, agency, employment, business organizations, and ethics.
Students should be able to apply their understanding of various concepts involving business law to proficiently analyze legal and ethical issues.
While no prior knowledge of law or business is necessary, it is helpful.
