Description

This course discusses about how the computer network works, followed by the concept of cybersecurity. The topic of discussion would include the next generation firewall, bandwidth management, how to defend our network, and how to attack another network.

Objective

– Students should be able to explain how computer network works in term of TCP/IP stack and 7 OSI layers (tool: Cisco Packet Tracer)
– Students should be able to use and configure next generation firewall (case study: pfSense)
– Students should be able to secure the network
– Students should be able to explain how to attack another network

Preparations

Understanding on Python Programming is needed but not mandatory
