Description

Understand & Internalize the study subject that proves general phenomena of business organization on micro level to increase business performance. This course consists in personal trait and competence, value and attitude, cognitive diversity, motivation, etc. in individual level, and work group and team in group level, and organizational design and structure, culture and ethics, change and development in organizational level.

Objective
  1. Understand and perceive a basic subject of management field in business administration, Organizational Behavior to high up the level of its knowledge through learning in class and analyzing cases concerned.
  2. Match OB subject with managing Korean enterprises and develop utilizing methods through class discussion.
  3.  Experience approach method of business research in macro view.
Preparations

Taking ‘Principles of Management’ as a prerequisite course but not required.

Should be able to write and understand texts in English.
