Refund Policy

• Cancellation Before Program Starts
  • Jan 1~May 27: Full refund except for the Application Fee (KRW 100,000)
  • May 28~ June 28: Full refund except for the Application Fee (KRW 100,000) and Flight Cancellation Fee (KRW 50,000)
• Cancellation After Program Starts (June 29 ~):
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with the Hanyang International Summer School refund policy, based on the date of the cancellation request.
  • Please note that the application fee (KRW 100,000) and the flight cancellation fee (KRW 50,000) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Flight & Baggage Information

• Included: One-way airfare from Seoul to Jeju.
• Participant Responsibility: Participants are kindly requested to arrange their return flight (Jeju > Home) independently.
• Seating & Confirmation: * The flight confirmation letter will be distributed individually via email starting early April.
  • Flight seats will be automatically assigned and will be announced in mid-June.
  • Baggage: Asiana Airlines (Seoul → Jeju): Free baggage allowance up to 20kg. (Details)

Accommodation

• Jeju: Provided by the program.The official check-out date for the Jeju dormitory is July 25, and extensions are not available.
• Seoul: Participants are responsible for securing their own accommodation in Seoul.

Activities & Participation

• Inclusions: All activities (both in Seoul and Jeju) are included in the program fee.
• Jeju Activities: Participation in activities in Jeju is mandatory.
  • Note: Students who do not participate may receive a limited certificate of participation.

Personal Expenses (Not Included)

The following expenses are not included in the program fee and should be paid individually:

• Textbooks and course materials: May vary depending on the course; instructors will provide separate guidance if applicable.
