Refund Policy

  • Until April 30: Full refund except for the Application Fee (KRW 100,000).
  • Cancellation After May 1:
    • Non-refundable items: Application Fee (KRW 100,000) and Flight Cancellation Fee (TBA).

    • Remaining balance: Refund applied according to the Hanyang University Summer School regulations based on the date of the cancellation request

Flight & Baggage Information

  • The program includes one-way airfare from Seoul to Jeju & Jeju to Tokyo.
    • Participants are kindly requested to arrange their return flight(Tokyo>Home) independently.
  • Flight seats will be automatically assigned and will be announced in mid-June. The flight confirmation letter will be distributed individually via email starting early April.
  • Seoul → Jeju(Asiana Airlines): Free baggage allowance up to 20kg. (Details)
  • Jeju → Tokyo(Korean Air): Free baggage allowance up to 23kg. (Details)

Accommodation

  • Seoul & Jeju & Tokyo: All provided by the program.
    • Official check-out: August 1st (Extensions are not available).

Activities & Participation

  • Inclusions: All activities (Seoul-Jeju-Tokyo) are included in the program prices.
  • Jeju & Tokyo: Participation in activities is mandatory.
    • Note: Non-participation may result in a limited certificate of participation.

Personal Expenses (Not Included)

The following expenses are not included in the program fee and should be paid individually:

  • Meals and Transportation
  • Textbooks and course materials: May vary depending on the course; instructors will provide separate guidance if applicable.

HYLION Ambassador Scholarship

The Hanyang Ambassador Scholarship is eligible to students who are talented in photography and filming. We will select up to 2 students per session as our Hanyang Ambassadors, and the awardees will be awarded with up to 2,000,000 KRW once the program ends.

  • Eligible to students who are talented in photography and filming.
  • Up to 2 students will be selected as Hanyang Ambassador.
  • Awardees will be granted up to 2,000,000 KRW tuition scholarship once the program ends.
  • MUST achieve the missions that are given by HISS team.
  • To be selected as an ambassador, you must first register for HYLION program before the nominee anouncement.
