NOTE
- Upon completion of a refund request submission, the process advances to the financial review stage. If the audit is validated, the refund will be processed within 30 working days.
- In circumstances where refund documentation fails to pass audit, or during public holidays and university vacation periods, the refund processing timeline will be correspondingly extended.
